Amelie forever changed the New York Chinese dining scene when she opened the MáLà Project in 2014 at the age of 24. She is responsible for introducing New Yorkers to the concept of a ‘Dry Pot’. In 2020, she was included on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list and also named on the ‘New Guard of New York Dining’ List.
