Chef Kyle Goldstein is the Executive Sous Chef at the one Michelin-starred Gramercy Tavern in New York City.
After attending the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, he was immediately drawn to the fine dining scene of New York City. He started his New York City journey cooking in the kitchen of the three-Michelin starred restaurant, Eleven Madison Park. From there, he transitioned to Gramercy Tavern. He began his journey in 2013 as a prep cook, and has not looked back since. Over the past seven years, he has risen through the ranks of the kitchen to his current position as Executive Sous Chef.
