Watson Brown is currently the Head Sommelier of Eleven Madison Park, a Three Michelin Starred restaurant in Manhattan, voted San Pellegrino's World's Best Restaurant in 2017. Their wine team consists of eight world-class Sommeliers. He is originally from the Midwest, but has lived in New York City since 2015, when he relocated to accept his first position as a Sommelier. Immediately before he joined the Wine Team at Eleven Madison Park he was the Wine Director of a small French bistro in Manhattan called Cafe d'Alsace.
