About the Instructor: Sasha is one of Los Angeles’ top cake bakers. She was previously the Head Pastry Chef at Sqirl LA. She also helped open the much lauded restaurant Lou in Nashville. Her cakes have been featured in top publications including Eater, LA Times, SF Chronicle etc.

About the Class: This is a two day class. The first day (Saturday), you will make a lemon olive oil cake (make/bake), citrus or berry curd (make) and discuss decorations, flowers, fresh fruit, dried fruit, candied fruit. The second day (Sunday), you will make buttercream and decorate the cake.
