About the Instructor: Omy Bugazia is a Mixologist at the exclusive, two Michelin starred Momofuku Ko in New York City and has also worked at celebrated NYC mainstays such as The Four Horsemen. He has been a Mixologist and Bartender for over 6 years, having traveled all over the world as part of his passion for beverage culture.

About the Class: The class explores the cocktail family of collinses, specifically the classic Tom Collins. students will get a glimpse into the history of the cocktail, see how it is made and then learn about variations of collinses within the cocktail family and how to create their own personal collins. this class will also explore the implementation of carbonation in a cocktail and how best to introduce bubbles.
