He previously worked at other celebrated NYC Michelin starred institutions such as the Modern and Restaurant Daniel. today. As part of the Gabriel Kreuther’s opening crew, he has helped the restaurant to evolve and achieve some prestigious accolades such as Les Grande Tables du Monde and the AAA five diamonds awards. Joe was recognized from the Art of Plating as a finalist in 2019.
