About the Chef: Stephen is one of the most renowned Pastry Chefs in America today. He is the Head Pastry Chef at WS New York. Before WS, Collucci was the Pastry Chef at New York’s trendy hotspot, Cookshop, and was part of the founding team of Colicchio & Sons. Stephen has had several TV appearances including VH1’s Big Morning Buzz, Sweet Genius, Donut Showdown, and Inside Edition. In 2013, he published his first cookbook, Glazed, Filled, Sugared & Dipped: Easy Doughnut Recipes to Fry or Bake at Home, and was recognized as a top pastry chef in the east region by Food & Wine.
