About the Chef: Chef Laurie Wolf is a leader in the edible community — the New Yorker called her the “Martha Stewart of Edibles”. Since 2015, Laurie has published six cannabis cookbooks. Laurie sought to leverage her experience from the food world to produce high quality edibles for cannabis patients like herself. She founded Laurie + MaryJane in 2014 to serve Oregon’s medical marijuana community after she herself successfully managed a seizure disorder with cannabis.
