About Sean Johnson: Sean is an award-winning bartender and mixologist who is currently the Director of Spirits at the two Michelin starred Gabriel Kreuther in New York. He has worked at some of the world’s best bars on both coasts, including Canon:Whiskey and Bitters emporium in Seattle and Pegu Club and Amor y Amargo in New York. He was a top 10 finalist in the GQ ‘America’s Most Innovative’ Bartender Competition, considered to be one of the world’s top competitions for bartenders.
About the Class: Participants will learn how to make classic cocktail infusions from scratch using simple ingredients, and then make cocktails with those infusion. They will explore the history of infusions and what sets apart a Michelin starred infusion from an average infusion from an award winning mixologist.
