About the Class: This class explores the cocktail family of manhattans and martinis, specifically the classic Manhattan. students will get a glimpse into the history of the cocktail, see how it is made and then learn about variations of manhattans and martinis within the cocktail family and how to create their own personal variation. this class will also explore the different types of vermouth and how they can be used in cocktails.
