About the Chef: Justin Bazdarich is the Co-Owner and Co-Founder of the one Michelin starred Oxomoco in Brooklyn, New York. Oxomoco is one of only three Mexican restaurants in New York with a Michelin star. Oxomoco, which borrows its name from the Aztec Goddess of the Night, offers guests wood-fired Mexican fare using techniques and flavors from all regions of Mexico. The wood-fired grill takes center stage in the kitchen, offering flavorful cooking, touched by the smoke and char from the fire.
