About the Chef: Chef Jean-Philippe Matheussen was a Sous Chef at the two Michelin starred, farm-to-table restaurant Blue Hill at Stone Barns. Originally from Montreal, Canada, JP has traveled the world in pursuit of his passion for food and worked at multiple Michelin starred restaurants in Paris and Copenhagen previously. He is very passionate about food sustainability and vegetable farming.
