About the Chef: Georgia Wodder is the Executive Pastry Chef at the one Michelin starred Del Posto in New York City.  She has studied at L’Ecole National Superieure de la Patisserie, one of the world’s leading pastry schools, in France. In 2016, she joined the team at Del Posto as a cook under Pastry Chef Justine MacNeil.  She rapidly rose the ranks to Pastry Sous Chef in 2018 and was appointed Executive Pastry Chef later that year. She lives in Manhattan’s Lower East Side.
