About the Instructor: Beautiful Booze’s Natalie Migliarini is one of the most influential voices in cocktails today. It all started while she was hosting dinners and parties at her home; she was developing creative liquid concoctions for her friends and family, and each evening her guests were inquiring about the recipes. Just like that, Natalie started Beautiful Booze, a website where her friends could easily access her recipes and re- create their favorites from any evening. In the years since, her audience has grown exponentially. She has a book coming out on August 25, 2020 Beautiful Booze: Stylish Cocktails to Make at Home.

About the Class: The Class explores the cocktail family of sours. Students will get a glimpse into the history of the cocktail, see how it is made and then learn about variations of sours within the cocktail family and how to create their own personal sour. this class will also explore how base spirits work in cocktails and how they can be substituted for one another and the effects that will have upon the final product.
