He has been a Mixologist and Bartender for over 6 years, having traveled all over the world as part of his passion for beverage culture.

About the Class: This class explores the cocktail family of negronis, specifically the classic Negroni. students will get a glimpse into the history of the cocktail, see how it is made and then learn about variations of negronis within the cocktail family and how to create their own personal negroni. this class will also explore amaro, the most common types and how they can be used in cocktails.
